You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gold999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. gold999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify gold999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
gold999 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. gold999 may request KYC documents at any time, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a gold999 deposit is considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions. gold999 reserves the right to suspend the account, recover any funds obtained through chargebacks, and pursue legal remedies available under Philippine law.
All bonuses and promotions offered by gold999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Upon termination for cause, gold999 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to gold999, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures and regulatory requirements.
